Reservation / Cancellation Policy

  • We request that you call us at least 4 hours before your appointment to avoid late cancellation fees.
  • We charge 100% of the treatment price on cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment at Tabacón Grand Spa.

Health Conditions

If you have any medical condition, such as high blood pressure, cancer or any other ailment, or if you are pregnant, we suggest that you consult with your doctor before undergoing a treatment. We also ask that you inform the staff at The Grand Spa of your condition when you make your reservation.

Suggestions:

  • Please do not wear jewelry or bring other objects of value with you.
  • Please inform your therapist of your massage preferences, such as technique, pressure and whether you prefer incense or the natural aromas of the forest.
  • When making your reservation, please indicate whether you prefer a male or a female therapist.
