We also invite our guests to practice concentration and tranquility techniques in our group or private yoga sessions and to participate in the ancient contemplative therapy of Temazcal.

The Grand Spa is open Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to (last appointment) 9:00 p.m. For your convenience, we recommend you arrive at The Grand Spa at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment.
