We are leaving today after spending five nights at your resort. I must say that your staff is amazing. They are completely attentive and are always ready and willing to serve your guests.
We felt so pampered while we were your guest. You catered to all of our needs.
Your resort is just beautiful. Our room is so comfortable. We found everything we needed were here.
We went to tree excursions; Arenal Volcano tour, white water rafting, Sky tram and Sky trek. They were all so much fun and the tour guides were exceptional. The only thing we would change about our stay here is that we would stay longer.

Eliecer was exceptional; he helped and went out of his way to help us when we heard that American Airlines lost our luggage. He made phone calls to AA to ensure that our lost luggage would be delivered same day. Because of Eliecer I will write a fantastic review in tripadvisor.com
Randoll and Franklin were also very helpful and professional. The maitre at Los Tucanes was amazing. Upon hearing me mention I was cold to my friends, she immediately got a wrap for me to warm up in for use in the restaurant. That is five star and diamond service!”Roselle Roces – 309
