Reservation

• By confirming the reservation process, you authorize Tabacon Grand Spa Thermal Resort to charge the total amount of your reservation on your credit card.
• Prices per room based on single or double occupancy.
• Reservations in advance for the Temazcal and the Spa Treatment are recommended.
• Extra adult rate include Temazcal, Spa Bonus and Breakfast.
• Unused Spa Bonus or Temazcal are not refundable.
• Spa Bonus or Temazcal are not trasnferable or changeable for another services.
• Packages do not apply for groups.
• Packages apply only to new reservations.
• Confirmation subject to availability at the moment of receiving your reservation request.

Cancellation

• Any cancellation before 21 days prior to arrival will be charge US $ 30.00 penalty.
• Any cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival will be charge 100%.
• NO SHOWS will be charged 100%.
