Reservation

• Tabacón Grand Spa Thermal Resort guarantees written confirmation only.
• Upon confirmation, your credit card will be charge with the 50% of the total amount of the package, this amount will correspond to the guarantee deposit. The remaining 50% will be charge to same credit card 45 days before the arrival date.
• Reservations in advance are required for Spa Treatments, Romantic Gala Dinner and Temazcal.

Cancellation

• Any cancellation made at least 60 days prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 administrative fee.
• Any cancellation made between 60-30 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
• Any cancellation m,ade within 30 day will incur a 100% forfeiture of the package.
• No shows are not refundable.
