Reservation

• Tabacón Grand Spa Thermal Resort guarantees written confirmations only.
• Upon confirmation, your credit card will be charged for the 50% of the total amount of the package, this amount will correspond to the guarantee deposit. The final payment will be charged during your check in. We will contact you in case of any discrepancy with the provided credit card, and a new credit card will be requested. If a new card is not received within 24 hours, the reservation of the package will be cancelled.
• Reservations in advance for Temazcal and Spa Treatments are recommended.

Cancellation

• Any cancellation made at least 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $30.00 administrative fee.
• Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
• NO SHOWS are not refundable and will result in a 100% forfeiture of the first deposit.
