• By confirming the reservation process, you authorize Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa to charge the amount of your reservation to your credit card 15 days prior to your arrival date. 
• Last-minute reservations may be charged directly at the resort upon arrival. 
• For the Christmas–New Year period (Dec 18 – Jan 08) and Easter Week, payment will be processed 45 days prior to the arrival date. 
• Any cancellation made less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in full forfeiture of the payment. 
• Cancellations for the Christmas–New Year period (Dec 18 – Jan 08) made 44 days or less prior to arrival will result in full forfeiture of the payment. This applies to both individual and group reservations. 
• Non-guaranteed reservations will be automatically released. 
• In accordance with Costa Rica’s Law 9028, Smoke-Free Environment (effective March 2012), smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas, whether indoors or outdoors. 
• Prices are per person in USD and include taxes. Rates subject to change. 
• Limited capacity advance reservations recommended. 
• Max group size: 15 guests traveling together. 

• Day Pass availability is limited; advance reservations are recommended. Secure your Day Pass in advance and immerse yourself in Costa Rica’s premier hot springs. 
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 
• Water shoes are recommended for safety and comfort. 
• Guests under 6 enjoy complimentary access.
