Reservation & Cancellation Policies

  • By confirming the reservation process you authorize Tabacón Grand Spa Thermal Resort to charge the total amount of your reservation on your credit card.
  • Prices per room based on single or double occupancy.
  • Reservations in advance for the Temazcal and the Spa are recommended.
  • Extra adult rate includes Temazcal, Spa Bonus and Breakfast.
  • Children rate includes only accomodation and breakfast.
  • Unused Spa Bonus or Temazcal are not refundable.
  • Spa Bonus or Temazcal are not transferable or changeable for another services.
  • Any cancellation 21 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a US $ 30.00 penalty for administrative expenses.
  • Any cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival will be charged 100%.
  • No shows will be charged 100%.
  • Packages do not apply for groups.
  • Prices only apply for new reservations.
  • Prices are subject to change without notification.
