Day Pass Reservation, Cancellation and Payment Policies

DAY PASS RESERVATION AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

  • By confirming the reservation process, you authorize Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa to charge the total amount of your reservation on your credit card 15 days’ prior to your arrival date
  • Last minute reservations might be charged directly at the resort upon arrival
  • During Christmas – New Year Period (Dec.18- Jan.08) & Easter Week payment will be process 45 days’ prior the arrival date
  • First rate show is exclusive of tax, second rate includes 13% VAT
  • Any cancellation made with less than 15 days prior to arrival to the resort will result in a full forfeiture of the payment
  • Cancellation for Christmas – New Year Period (Dec.18- Jan.08) made 44days prior to arrival to the resort, will result in a full forfeiture of the payment. It applies to individual or group reservations
  • No shows will be 100% penalized. It applies to individual or group reservations
  • Non-guaranteed reservations will automatically release
  • Reservations of more than 15 guests travelling together will not be accepted
  • Losing the locker key will result in a charge of US$50.00.
  • Non-return of your towel will result in a charge of US$20.00
  • Meals are not included in the rate
  • Meals will be available for an extra fee at our pool bar and restaurant
  • For Restaurant Service we recommend reservations in advance
  • On December 31 the thermal complex closes at 6 pm, dinner service is not available.

CHILDREN POLICIES

  • Children from 0 to 5 years old, free of charge
  • From 6 to 11 years old, pay the children rate
  • 12 years old and up, pay regular adult fee

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Constant supervision for people 16 years old or younger is required
  • Wearing water shoes is strongly recommended
  • Food or beverages purchased outside Tabacon, may not be brought into the resort
